#50wordreview Book Review: Mel Robbins ‘Hi-5’ Habit

The #50wordreview is my way of taking the salient reflection points I got from reading and turning them into my own words.

This follows on from her 5-second rule book and has a very similar train of thought to it. The biggest takeaway is the power of being kind when you are talking to yourself, but acknowledging that it can take time to do so. There is also the importance of rewarding progress and giving yourself a ‘hi-5’.
